Weis currently operates 164 stores and is looking to strategically expand throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Weis will consider locations for sale or lease, including ground up development, redevelopment, and existing large box availabilities.
Weis Market's standard prototype is 63,000 square feet. As part of their expansion plans for new stores, Weis also looks for fuel outparcel facilities.
