Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced in half, pitted and scooped from shell
  • 1/2 cup Weis Quality Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Cabot® Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Weis Quality Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. Weis Quality Salt
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Serve with baked pita chips, fresh vegetables, or whole-grain crackers or use it as a sandwich spread.
