Avocado Tartine

Makes: 18-20 appetizer-size servings

Ingredients
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 Ripe Chilean Hass Avocados, pitted and scooped from shell
- 1 cup Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
- Fresh Basil Leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375'F.

Slice bread into diagonal pieces and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Toast until golden brown on top, about 5-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork.

Add fresh lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper, and mix gently to combine.

Spread 2 tsp of avocado mixture on each toasted slice.

Top each with a small spoonful of chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Garnish with sprigs of fresh basil before serving.
