Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can Weis Quality From the Field White Sweet Shoepeg Corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 2 ripe Hass Avocados, pitted and scooped from the shell, diced
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can Weis Quality From the Field Tomatoes and Diced Chilies, reserve half of the juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Weis Quality Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can Weis Quality From the Field Black Beans, drained and rinsed
