Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Weis Quality Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Green Onions, rinsed and chopped
- 2 tsp. Dried Dill
- 1 cup Weis Quality Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 2 (10-ounce) packages Orca Bay All-Natural Wild Caught Keta Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 tsp. Weis Quality Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients through lemon juice. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper and spread with sauce. Bake for 20 minutes, or until salmon is opaque in the center and flakes easily with a fork ; about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Serve.
