Best Grilled Turkey Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 Sara Lee Soft and Smooth Heart Healthy Wheat Hamburger Buns
  • 4 Large Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Mt. Olive Dill Sandwich Stuffers
  • 1 tbsp Weis Quality Lite Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Weis Quality Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Weis Quality Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 slices Vidalia onion, 1/2-inch thick
  • 4 slices Sargento Reduced Fat Deli-Style Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 2 tsp Salt-Free Grill Seasoning Blend
  • 4 Jennie-O Turkey Store 93/7 Lean Turkey Burger Patties
  • 4 Sara Lee Soft and Smooth Heart Healthy Wheat Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  1. Spray cool grill with cooking spray designed for grilling.
  2. Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle each burger with salt-free grill seasoning.
  4. Grill patties 5 minutes on each side, until the minimum internal temperature reads 170'F.
  5. Top with cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to make special sauce. Set aside.
  7. Place lettuce, tomato, and patty on the bottom half of each bun. Spread with special sauce.
  8. Top with dill sandwich stuffers, onion slices and the top halves of the buns.
