Black Bean Pineapple Salad

Makes: 6 ½ cup servings

Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can Bush;s Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 6 Green Onions, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 Small Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tbsp Weis Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Fresh Lime, squeezed to yield 1/4 cup juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup Sweet Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 (20 oz.) can Weis Qualty From the Field Pineapple Chunks, 2 cups drained and diced
- Suggestion: Serve with baked tortilla chips
