Ingredients
- 3 cups Minute Brown Rice, cooked
- 3/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 3/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Seasoning Blend
Instructions
COMBINE cooked brown rice, cucumber, tomato, parsley, mint, green onions, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning blend in a large bowl. TOSS well and CHILL for at least 1 hour before serving.
