Ingredients
- 1 Jar Weis 5 Star Bruschetta, Tomato or Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke
- 1 Baguette, or French or Italian Bread
- 1 Ball Fresh Mozzarella
- Fresh Basil Leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Make sure you have a top rack in you over, preheat to 400 degrees.
2. Slice baguette into rounds, or diagonally.
3. Brush with olive oil, place on baking sheet, oiled side down.
4. Place baking sheet into oven for 4-5 minutes, or until bread is golden brown.
5. Take baking sheet out of oven, and flip the slices of bread.
6. Spoon on Weis 5 Star Bruschetta to the bread, cut or tear off pieces of mozzarella and place on bruschetta.
7. Place in oven for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
8. Cool slightly, move bruschetta to a plate. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
