Bruschetta Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Weis Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Weis Quality Bread Crumbs Italian-Style with Cheese
- 1/4 cup Weis Quality 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
- 3/4 cup Weis From the Field Fresh Bruschetta
- 1 lb Weis From the Field White Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Sorrento Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350'F.

Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel to remove debris. Discard stems.

In a skillet, over medium heat, combine olive oil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.

Stir frequently until crumbs are lightly browned, about 5-8 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the bruschetta.

Spoon mixture into each mushroom cavity and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake until mushrooms are tender and the filling is headed through and golden on top; about 15-20 minutes.
