- 1/4 tsp. Weis Quality Salt
- 1/3 cup Weis Quality All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Weis Quality Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Weis Quality Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Weis Quality Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Skippy® Natural Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 (12-ounce) bag Weis Quality Protein Granola
- 1 tsp. Weis Quality Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Butter spread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, beat butter spread, peanut butter and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. In a small bowl, whisk flour, salt and cinnamon until blended; add to butter mixture; mix until just combined. Stir granola into mixture. Spread dough evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 12 bars and wrap individually for a fast and easy pre- or post- workout snack.
