Chicken Gyro with Tzatziki

Serves: 4

Ingredients
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Weis Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Weis Quality Dried Oregano
- 2 (4-5 ounce) chicken breasts, cubed
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Atie's Bakery Wheat Pitas
- 1/2 cup Athenos Reduced-Fat Feta Cheese
- 3/4 cup Yoplait Greek Plain Yogurt

Simmer olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat until fragrant; about 2 minutes.

Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned and juices run clear, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove chicken from heat and set aside.

Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for tzatziki sauce in a small bowl.

Stir gently to blend and set aside.

Warm pitas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and, without slicing, fill each pita with 1/4 of ingredients.

Fold pita in half and serve with sauce.
