Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup Paradise Meadow Premium Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp. Weis Quality Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. slivered almonds

Instructions

1. In a resealable glass bowl, combine oats and Almondmilk.

2. Cover and chill overnight.

3. Remove from refrigerator and stir thoroughly.

4. Add Almondmilk if desired for creamier oatmeal.

5. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

6. Stir and microwave for an additional minute.

7. Top oatmeal with dried cranberries, cinnamon and almonds; stir and serve.
