Ingredients
- 4 cups Weis Quality Instant Rice-Whole Grain Brown, prepared
- 1 lb Weis Quality 99% Fat-Free Skinny Chicken, cut into strips
- 1 (16-ounce) bag Weis Quality Broccoli Florets, thawed
- 1 (10 3?4-ounce) can Campbell’s® Healthy Request ® Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Weis Quality Soy Sauce-Less Sodium
Instructions
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
- Spray a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and juices run clear; 5-8 minutes.
- Add thawed broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine soup, water and soy sauce until smooth; add to the skillet.
- Heat 10 minutes, until warmed throughout.
- Serve over rice.
