Ingredients
- 1-2Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers, finely chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and cover. Chill for at least 1 hour and serve with baked tortilla or pita chips.
