Grilled Herb Mustard Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package Whole White Mushrooms, cut in half
  • 4 tbsp (12-ounce) bottle Weis Quality Dijon mustard
  • Red/Green Bell Peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb Steak House Angus Eye Round Steaks
  • Vidalia onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 tsp Spice Classics Italian Seasoning
  • 4 tsp Water
  • 2 Fresh Lemons, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Large Cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a glass measuring cup, combine garlic and water; microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in remaining mustard ingredients (mustard, Italian seasoning, pepper, and olive oil).
  3. Spread half of herb mustard seasoning mix onto both sides of steaks.
  4. Alternately thread vegetables onto 4-8 inch metal skewers.
  5. Place steaks and kabobs on grill over medium ash-covered coals.
  6. Brush vegetables with seasoning mix.
  7. Grill steaks, uncovered, for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Grill kabobs, uncovered, for 10 minutes, turning once and brushing with remaining seasoning mix.
  9. Season steaks with salt, as desired.
  10. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices.
