Grilled Maple Balsamic Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Weis Quality Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Weis Quality Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 (4 oz.) Prairie Grove Farms Boneless Pork Chops
- 1/3 cup Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions

Whisk vinegar, syrup and oil thoroughly in a small bowl.

Place chops in a large resealable plastic bag with 2/3 cup maple balsamic marinade.

Reserve remaining 1/3 for basting.

Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.

Remove pork chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill for a total of 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160'F, turning brown evenly.

Brush with reserved marinade the last 5 minutes of grilling.
