Grilled Maple Balsamic Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Weis Quality Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Weis Quality Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 (4 oz.) Prairie Grove Farms Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1/3 cup Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk vinegar, syrup and oil thoroughly in a small bowl.
  2. Place chops in a large resealable plastic bag with 2/3 cup maple balsamic marinade.
  3. Reserve remaining 1/3 for basting.
  4. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
  6. Remove pork chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill for a total of 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160'F, turning brown evenly.
  7. Brush with reserved marinade the last 5 minutes of grilling.
