- Weis Quality Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- 1 (12-inch) Whole Wheat or Multi-Grain Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup Weis Quality Salsa
- 1 cup Weis Quality Made with 2% Milk Mexican Fancy Shredded Cheese
- 2 Fresh Tomatoes, diced
- 1 fresh Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Bush's Best Black or Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup Weis Quality Sliced Ripe Olives
- 2 Tbsp. Weis Quality Sliced Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a cookie sheet or pizza stone with olive oil cooking spray. Meanwhile, spread pizza crust with salsa and top with cheese. Layer with next 5 ingredients. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
Recipe Note: To bake pizza on an outdoor grill, simply top pizza crust as directed, spray grill grates with olive oil cooking spray, and grill at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until crust is lightly browned and cheese has melted. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
