Mesquite Glazed Sausage Links

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Smuckers Orange Marmalade
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Curry Powder
  • 1 (20 oz.) package Johnsonville Hot or Mild Italian Grilling Sausage Links
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 package McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade
  • 1/3 cup Weis Quality Orange Juice, squeezed fresh

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat marinade mix and orange juice on medium heat until smooth.
  2. Add marmalade, water, and curry powder.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for one minute.
  4. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  5. Pierce all sausages with fork and place in large resealable plastic bag.
  6. Add half of the glaze to the bag and turn to coat evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Remove sausages from marinade.
  9. Grill sausages over medium heat for 20 minutes or until cooked through, occasionally turning and brushing with remaining glaze.
  10. Serving suggestion: Serve on lightly toasted bakery-fresh hot dog rolls, grilled corn on the cob.
