Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) bag Green Giant® Fresh Broccoli Slaw
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle Weis Quality Chili Sauce
- 1 Large fresh orange
- 1 Large fresh lemon
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Large fresh orange, peeled and sectioned into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 (20-ounce) bottle Weis Quality Squeezable Grape Jelly
- 1 Box Diamond Toothpicks
- 1 (12-ounce) package Perdue® Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle Weis Quality Dijon mustard
Instructions
For Meatballs:
- In a medium saucepan or slow cooker combine grape jelly, chili sauce, and mustard; stir well.
- Add meatballs and simmer for 25-30 minutes; stirring occasionally.
- Serve with toothpicks if preferred.
For Broccoli Slaw:
- In a tightly covered container, shake oil, lemon juice, sugar, and grated orange peel until well mixed.
- Combine Green Giant® Broccoli Slaw and orange slices in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
