Peach and Gorgonzola Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 2 (15-shell) boxes Athens Mini Fillo Shells
  • 4 ounces Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 1 cup Weis Quality Peach or Apricot Preserves
  • 3/4 cup Roasted, Unsalted Almonds, chopped
  • 1 pint Fresh Raspberries (optional garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange fillo shells on a baking sheet. Spoon preserves into each shell; top with cheese and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese
has melted. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired. Serve.
