Pumpkin Cider Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Weis Quality From the Field Pumpkin
- 2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Weis Quality From the Field Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/4 cup Splenda No-Calorie Sweetener Granular
- Weis Pure Canola Oil Spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350'F.

In a medium bowl, combine whole-wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, Splenda, and nutmeg.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients slowly to the wet and mix until blended. Do not over mix.

Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Test doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the bread. Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean.
