Red & Green Turkey Bites

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Dietz & Watson® Gourmet Lite Turkey Breast, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. onion or shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Weis Quality Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Weis Quality Light Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Weis Quality Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 30 Weis Quality Reduced Fat Woven Wheat Crackers
  • ½ ripe Chilean Avocado, peeled, seeded
  • 3-4 Weis Five-Star Roasted Red Piquillo Peppers, chopped

Instructions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of turkey mixture on top of each cracker.

3. Garnish with avocado and roasted red pepper and serve.
