Salmon Dill Sliders
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes | Cook Time: 8-10 minutes | Makes 4 (2 slider) servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. Weis Quality Salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1 Weis Quality Large Egg White
- 2 tsp. Weis Quality Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Weis Quality Bread Crumbs, Original Flavor
- 1 lb. True North Salmon Company Fillet
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Weis Quality Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 8 Weis Bakery Slider Rolls or whole-wheat dinner rolls, sliced in half
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare outdoor grill for cooking over medium heat. Spray grill grates thoroughly with cooking spray. Meanwhile, finely chop the salmon using quick, even motions. Transfer salmon to a large bowl and gently combine with egg white, mustard, bread crumbs, dill, and salt. Shape salmon into 8 patties. Place the patties on grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, until lightly browned and cooked through. Place on buns, top with dill sauce and your favorite burger toppers; serve.
To prepare sauce, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Makes ½ cup.
