Zesty Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) box Weis Quality Instant Rice *(Suggested to serve with meal)
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast, baked and chopped
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Old El Paso Salsa, any variety
  • 1 cup Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shreds
  • 4 (10 in.) Mission Burrito Flour Tortillas
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Bush's Black Beans *(Suggested to serve with meal)

Instructions

  1. In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, combine prepared chicken, milk and seasoning mix.
  2. Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches a simmer.
  3. Reduce heat and continue cooking, stirring continuously for 2 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Divide and spoon chicken evenly onto each tortilla. Fold and wrap each tortilla, according to package directions, to create 4 burritos.
  6. Arrange burritos in a microwave safe dish.
  7. Spoon salsa evenly over burritos and top evenly with cheese.
  8. Cover and microwave for 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Serving suggestion: Serve with black beans and rice or guacamole.
