A: Weis eCoupons is a program designed to allow you to redeem digital coupons and other offers simply by swiping your Weis Preferred Shoppers Club Card at checkout.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Visit https://www.weismarkets.com/ecoupons/ and sign into your MyWeis account.  No separate account is needed.  To register for a MyWeis account, please visit https://www.weismarkets.com/about-weis/myweis-account/. The MyWeis account asks you for your email address, zip code, and Weis Preferred Shoppers Club Card Number.

Q: How much does it cost to have a MyWeis account?

A:There is no charge to create or use your account.

Q: Can I link more than one Weis Preferred Shoppers Club Card to my account?

A:Yes. Simply contact Weis Customer Service at 1-866-999-9347 & select option 5 for assistance to set up.

Q: How do I save a coupon to my account?

A:To save a digital coupon to your account, simply click “Clip” on the coupon and it will be saved to your account. It will then be available for you to use the next time you shop.

Q: Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before the coupon is available?

A:No. Clipped coupons are available for use the moment you clip them.

Q: How do I know if my coupons were clipped (saved) to my account?

A:All coupons you have clipped will show as “Clipped.” Additionally, you can see all of the coupons you have saved to your account in the “My Coupons” tab.

Q: Do I need to print coupons?

A: No. Our coupons are paperless and work automatically when you scan your Weis Preferred Shoppers Club Card at checkout. We do provide you the ability to print your saved offers from the “My Coupons” tab on the eCoupons page for reference.

A:No.

A: The expiration date is shown on each coupon. Expired coupons will be deleted from your account automatically.

A: The number of times a coupon can be used is up to the manufacturer, but most coupons can be used only once.

A:While the products for which we have offers are broadly available, some products may not be available at all stores.

A: New offers will typically be posted on Monday.

Q: Can I use an eCoupon and a paper coupon for the same item?

A: No. We do not allow stacking of an eCoupon and a paper coupon. We will honor the higher discount of the two.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: After you log in to your MyWeis account, simply select “My Account.” Under “My Account” select “Change Setting” and then “Change Password”. Enter and confirm your new password in the appropriate fields, and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?

A:Simply select the “Forgot Password” link located under the sign-in area, and a new password will be sent to your registered email address. Once you receive the new email address, log in with the temporary password, and go to the “My Account” area to enter a new one. For Customer Service call 1-866-999-9347 & select option 5 for assistance.

A: Coupons clipped from your phone are used the same way as coupons clipped from your computer. Just scan your Weis Preferred Shoppers Club Card at checkout and your savings will automatically be deducted from your bill and printed on your receipt.

A: Please see the Customer Service desk for any issues. You will need to include your Weis Preferred Shoppers Club Card number and transaction information.
