Substitution Policy

In the past, we were able to contact all customers for out-of-stocks and substitutions. However, to meet high customer demand and ensure orders are picked on time, substitutions will only be available if a customer chooses to “allow substitutions” during time of checkout. To ensure your order receives substitutions, simply check the box outlined below when placing your online order. If you do not wish to receive substitutions, you can skip this box.

Allow Substitutions

To get started with Weis2Go Online Shopping, make sure you are logged into your My Weis Account. If you do not have a My Weis account, you can create one here. Once you are logged in, you can now navigate to the "Store Locator" and select a store that offers Weis2Go Online with Pickup or Delivery. That list of stores is referenced above. Now that you've selected a store you'd like to shop in, simply click on the "SHOP" icon and start shopping the thousands of products available!

Ordering

Anyone that has a My Weis account can place an order for pickup or delivery. However, delivery locations are subject to the covered delivery zip codes, listed here. For a list of participating locations, use the store locator link.

All items except for alcohol, tobacco products, party platters, specialty cakes, and prescriptions are available for pickup or delivery.

Your Weis 2 Go order is always hand-selected in store by one of our trained Personal Shoppers, and freshness is always guaranteed.

Yes. Special instructions can be added to each individual item or in the comments box at the time of checkout.

Yes. You will be able to use your Weis Club Card that is associated to your My Weis account for your pickup or delivery order. You will also receive any eligible Weis Rewards Points for your online shopping purchase.

Online orders can be picked or delivered up between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm at most locations and in as little as 4 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed within each time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout.

Pricing and Payments

Yes. However, please note that Weis Markets advertised online prices change every Thursday at 12:01 am. If you are ordering sale items at the beginning of the week for Friday or later pickup, you will be charged the actual shelf price of the items on the day the order is picked. Your estimated total may vary due to the change in advertised prices along with the minor price variations for items sold by weight.

For orders containing produce, deli, seafood and meat items that are priced by weight, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order may vary slightly.

All pickup and delivery orders need to be paid for online.

It is our pleasure to provide this service to you. Therefore, Personal Shoppers do not accept tips. Your return business, the recommendation to friends and family, and thanks are the best tip we can receive.

 

Service Fees

Pickup fees have been temporarily waived.

Yes. All delivery orders are subject to a $10.00 delivery charge.

 

Coupon and Promo Codes

No. In order to maintain contactless pickup for the safety of our customers and associates, we are not accepting manufacturers coupons at this time. However, you can always take advantage of our e-coupons found on the website which link directly to your card so that discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

You can also use PROMO codes. If you have a valid PROMO code, enter it in the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS AND PROMO CODES box during checkout. Your order total will then be adjusted when you pick up your order.

You cannot use coupons with a delivery order; however, you can use PROMO codes. If you have a valid PROMO code, enter it in the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS AND PROMO CODES box during checkout.

 

Delivery

Delivery locations are solely based on zip codes. You can find a list of all covered zip codes here.

Yes. If you need to cancel just the delivery of your order, you can do so by contacting your Weis Personal Shopper up until the time the delivery driver is scheduled to pick up your order at the store. Your Weis Personal Shopper will then cancel the delivery and reschedule for pick up.

 

Pickup

Your order can be picked up at your local Weis Markets in one of our designated Weis 2 Go Online pickup locations. Simply call the number listed at your time of arrival and we'll deliver your groceries to your car. For faster service, save the W2G number and call when you're on your way.

 

Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order online up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours, you will need to contact your Personal Shopper to cancel the order.

Yes. If you need to cancel just the delivery of your order, you can do so by contacting your Weis Personal Shopper up until the time the delivery driver is scheduled to pick up your order at the store. Your Weis Personal Shopper will then cancel the delivery and reschedule for pick up.
