WEIS MARKETS OPENS BEER-WINE CAFÉ IN MOUNTAIN TOP PA STORE
The store will offer 1,063 varieties of wine and beer.
SUNBURY, PA (July 3, 2019) -- Weis Markets today announced it has opened a beer-wine café in its Mountain Top store on South Mountain Boulevard.
The café received final PLCB approval to open on Tuesday. It now sells more than 600 varieties of imported and domestic wines including ones from Pennsylvania vineyards, as well as a chilled section. The café also offers over 400 varieties of domestic, imported and craft beer, including a local beer section.
It now operates 70 beer-wine cafes in its Pennsylvania stores, including three in Luzerne County (Dallas and Hazleton).
The café sells beer and wine Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
