Remodeled Lincoln Highway East store brings fresh look and expanded offerings to local community.
Sunbury, PA (September 2, 2025) – Weis Markets today announced it has completed the remodel of its Lincoln Highway East store in Lancaster.
Store upgrades include:
- An expanded, market-style produce department offering a wider variety of fresh items.
- An upgraded bakery.
- An expanded deli and food service area with a broader selection of meals to go.
- Increased variety throughout its grocery section.
- Increased selection of international foods
- Expanded meat and seafood departments
- New interior décor
- Energy-efficient refrigerated and frozen cases using low-impact refrigerants.
“Our remodeled store now offers greater convenience and more of the fresh, affordable foods customers count on us for,” said Bob Gleeson, Weis Markets Chief Operating Officer. “We’ve increased variety throughout the store particularly in produce where we have an expanded selection of organic and fresh-cut produce.”
The store is located at 1603 Lincoln Highway East. In celebration, the store team presented donations to Lafyette Fire Company, Water Street Rescue Mission and East Lampeter Township Police Department.
